Sunaina V. Soares has over 17 years of experience in human resources, starting as a Senior HR Generalist at Temple University in 2005 and moving up to positions such as Director of Human Resources and Director of Administration. Sunaina V. then transitioned to the University of Delaware as an Academic HR Manager before becoming the HR Director, Academic HR Business Partners & Assistant Provost, Faculty Affairs. Most recently, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ursuline Academy Wilmington, DE, before taking on the role of Human Resources Director at Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County in 2022. Sunaina has a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies to support organizational goals and maximize employee potential.
