Trudy Spence-Parker

Trudy Spence-Parker, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, having held leadership roles at various organizations. Trudy served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Delaware River and Bay Authority from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they transitioned to American Water, where they held the positions of Director of Talent Management and Vice President of Human Resources from 2008 to 2013. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County, where they have been since 2014, initially starting as the Director of Human Resources before being promoted to their current role.

Trudy Spence-Parker, SPHR completed a Masters of Science Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. Trudy later pursued a Masters of Science Degree in Strategic Leadership from Neumann University, completing it in 2007.
