Christina Luback

Christina Luback has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and Employee Benefits. Christina served as the Director of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey from June 2019. In this role, they provided guidance to the HR team, liaised with operations leaders, and partnered with executive leaders to implement HR strategies. Prior to this, Christina was an Employee Benefit Specialist and Licensed Health Insurance Broker at Klein Associates, Inc. from May 2009 to February 2019. Christina managed and administered a variety of insurance programs, maintained client relationships, and provided administrative support.

Christina Luback graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management in 2008. Christina has since obtained certifications in areas such as Senior Certified Professional, Adult Mental Health First Aid, and Insurance Agent for various types of insurance.
