Marsha R.

Marsha R. has held various roles throughout their career. Marsha began as a Volunteer Staff at Holy Name Medical Center in 2006, conducting data entry and patient information filing. Marsha then worked as a Neuroscience Research Lab Assistant at New York State Psychiatric Institute in 2007. Marsha transitioned to Ulta in 2010, where they were a Beauty Advisor and later a Merchandise and Service Coordinator. In 2013, they joined the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, serving as a Disability Benefits Specialist and later as the Director of the WIPA Program. Currently, Marsha holds the position of Director of Benefits Advisement at Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey from 2021.

Marsha R. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2012. Marsha then pursued a Master's of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, completing it in 2017. Marsha has also received certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid, Community Work Incentives Coordinator, and Mental Health First Aid - Adult.
