Fred Darden

Fred Darden is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, education, and human resources. Currently serving as Project Manager at Quantum Environmental Consultants, Inc. since March 2014, Fred has expertise in Phase I/Phase II assessments, RBA, and asbestos. Fred also manages the River Oaks Job Connection Center and oversees HR recruitment and retention at Goodwill Industries of Houston. Prior experience includes roles as Business Manager/Assistant Program Director at FORGE and Math Teacher at Orleans Parish ISD. Fred was the Executive Director of Helping Young People Excel (H.Y.P.E.) and holds a Master of Divinity in Religious Education, a Master of Science in Industrial Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Texas Southern University.
