Jim Martin

Jim Martin has extensive experience in leadership and operations within nonprofit organizations, currently serving as President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties and Goodwill Industries of Alaska since June 2002. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Director of Operations for the Workforce Services Division at Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana from 1996 to 2002. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of the IMPACT program for the State of Indiana and Deputy Director for the Indianapolis Head Start Program. Jim began professional endeavors as the State Coordinator for the Indiana Head Start Association. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
