Carlye Thompson

Carlye Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in career services and workforce development. Currently serving as the Director of Career Services at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA, Carlye has overseen the operation of nine Career Centers and managed a $1M annual budget. Previous roles include serving as a Career Development Coordinator at Georgia College and State University, where Carlye provided one-on-one career advising and developed various employment resources. With a strong foundation in client services demonstrated during tenure as a Regional Manager of Workforce Development and a broad background in insurance and volunteer management, Carlye's expertise encompasses staff supervision, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics analysis. Carlye holds a Master of Science in Student Affairs Higher Education from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington.
