Leah Pontani is currently the SVP of Career Development at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA. Leah has more than fifteen years of experience in management and adult education. Prior to their current position, Leah served as the Dean of the Division of Lifelong Learning at Mercer County Community College and the Manager of Business Development at Mercer Institute of Management & Technology Training. In these roles, Leah was responsible for developing strategy, building relationships, and creating revenue.

In their current role, Leah is responsible for leading Goodwill's career development initiatives. This includes developing programs and services that help people find employment and advance their careers. Leah is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is committed to helping Goodwill achieve its mission of "changing lives through education, training, and employment."

Leah Pontani has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rider University, a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Rider University, and a BSBA in Finance and Legal Studies from Rider University.

Leah Pontani reports to James K. Stiff, President. They work with Laine Dreher - SVP, Human Resources, Jose Mallabo - SVP & Chief Marketing Officer, and Dewayne Cuffie - SVP, Operations.
