Shannon Rockmore, CSPO, currently serves as the Director of Salesforce Operations at Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia and the CSRA since May 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at GEICO, where Shannon held various roles, including Associate in Product Management, Senior CRM SME & Strategist, Customer Experience Analyst, and Regional Management Trainer, focusing on customer experience enhancement and data analysis. Earlier career milestones include positions at Home Instead Senior Care and Willow on 5th, where Shannon developed skills in scheduling, client relationship management, and training coordination. Shannon earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand Canyon University from 2012 to 2016.
