Rick Tate

Rick Tate has a work history in various managerial roles. Rick served as a District Manager at Family Dollar from July 2020 to July 2021. Currently, they are working at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. as a Regional Manager since July 2021, and was promoted to the role of Regional Director of Retail Operations in June 2023.

Rick Tate attended the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. In addition to their degree, Rick also underwent various leadership development programs, including Advanced Leadership Development, Executive Development, and the Walton Institute of Retailing. Rick received certifications in Behavioral Interviewing and Human Resources from I.M.L.A. and the Society for Human Resource Management, respectively.
