Steven Hawson

Steven Hawson has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Steven is currently the Human Resources Director at Goodwill Industries of New Mexico. Previously, they held the position of HR Director at Renewal by Andersen / Dreamstyle Remodeling Inc. and President/Owner of Chamizal HR Consulting Group. Steven also worked as an HR Manager/Director at Mind Research Network, Inc. and as an Interim Manager of Human Resources at Relios, Inc. Prior to that, Steven was an Executive Search Consultant at Management Recruiters International and a Team Manager and Language Specialist at T Language Line. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in recruiting, regulatory compliance, payroll management, and benefits administration. Steven has also been recognized for their outstanding performance and achievements in their respective roles.

Steven Hawson earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from New College of Florida from 1985 to 1989. Steven then pursued a Master's degree in Spanish Translation at Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey from 1995 to 1997. Later, they completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Jones International University from 2001 to 2006. In 2015, Steven obtained the SPHR certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
