Craig Steege

Craig Steege is an experienced retail and operations leader with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail at Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois since September 2024, Craig previously held the position of Director of Retail at Goodwill of Northern Illinois from March 2022 to October 2024. Prior to this role, Craig was the Campus Director at Rasmussen University for over a decade, overseeing campus operations and emphasizing leadership development. Craig's extensive retail experience includes various leadership positions at Target from 1997 to 2010, where management responsibilities encompassed operations and sales performance for large retail stores. Craig began a career in management as a Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps, focusing on logistics and supply chain management.
