Debbie Knight

Debbie Knight is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in retail consumer lending and mortgage loan origination. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Retail Consumer Lending at Bank OZK since December 2023, Debbie has previously held key positions including Mortgage Loan Originator at FirstTrust Home Loans, Inc., and Executive Vice President at Encore Bank and The Capital Bank. Notably, Debbie served as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas in early 2019. With a solid background in overseeing branch operations and training across multiple institutions, including a significant tenure at Metropolitan National Bank where oversight included 45 branch locations, Debbie has built a strong foundation in banking leadership. Academic accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
