Lionel Demorst

Lionel DeMorst has extensive experience in job development and technical staffing, currently serving as a Job Developer at Goodwill Industries of San Diego County since April 2018, where focus lies on assisting clients from the Department of Rehabilitation in enhancing interview and job searching skills. Prior to this role, Lionel co-owned Data Solutions, LLC from 2009 to December 2017, overseeing low voltage installations, staffing, and the implementation of engineering policies and procedures while managing employee recruitment and performance evaluation. Earlier, Lionel worked as an Account Manager and Professional Recruiter at TEKsystems from 1997 to 2009, achieving multiple awards for exceptional sales and recruiting performance. Lionel holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, earned between 1984 and 1988.
