Sonia Gomez-Newbold

Sonia Gomez-Newbold is an experienced employment specialist with a robust career spanning several organizations dedicated to workforce development and support. Currently serving as an Employment Specialist and Center Manager at Goodwill Industries of San Diego County since November 2012, Sonia focuses on developing Individualized Employment Plans (IEPs) and assisting participants with job applications and career development. Previous roles include Employment Case Manager at Comprehensive Training Systems, where over 500 participants were placed, and Job Developer at Metro/Ychange, successfully placing over 1000 individuals.
