Justin Ahart

Justin Ahart was promoted to Vice President in August 2019. Justin brings a strong background in training and human relations which supports the mission of Goodwill through donated goods retail as an employment and development program. Previous to Vice President of Retail he served as Director of Retail since December 2016. Justin formerly served for almost a year as the Training Manager and in that time developed an extensive supervisory development program and managed, designed, developed and coordinated training programs to support the Human Resources, Retail and Mission Services Departments.

Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fresno Pacific University and is a 2009 Graduate of the Advanced Leadership Program from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. Prior to joining Goodwill, Justin worked at WorklogicHR and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kern County. At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Kern County, he served as the Director of Program Personnel and Development.
