Michele Harris is the President & CEO at GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF SOUTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN INC. Michele has also worked with CARF International and Good Works, Inc. in the past. Before that, they were the Chief Mission and Workforce Advancement Officer, Workforce & Family Services at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest from December 1994 to November 2021. There, they were responsible for P&L and held 11 million in responsibility. Michele oversaw 100+ staff in fourteen office locations and helped implement over 30 programs and services that reached more than 6000 individuals annually. Michele was also responsible for 700,000 in payroll for more than 270 program participants annually.
Michele Harris began their educational career by earning a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Michele then went on to earn a degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, graduating summa cum laude.
