Rosary Plana Falero is the Director at Goodwill South Florida. Rosary has extensive experience in the banking industry, having served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Private Client Services at BankUnited and the Managing SVP at City National Bank. Prior to their current role, they were also a Senior Private Banker at Wells Fargo's Legal Specialty Group. Rosary is passionate about giving back to the community and has been engaged in many community events that highlight Goodwill's civic and community affiliations.

Rosary Plana Falero studied finance and international business at Florida International University, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Rosary then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from the same school.
