Victoria E. Villalba is the Board of Trustees at Goodwill South Florida. Victoria has over 25 years of experience in human resources and recruiting. Victoria has also owned their own business, Victoria & Associates Career Services, Inc., for 15 years.

Victoria E. Villalba has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Florida Southern College. Victoria also has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, they have completed the Tuck/WBENC Executive Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
