Sheila Shaffie

Sheila Shaffie is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operational excellence across various sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Board Member at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc., Sheila also holds the position of President & CEO at ProcessArc, Inc., where innovation in digital and client experience transformation is a focus. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Client Success & Relationship Management at GE Capital, Vice President of Global Operational Excellence at GE Healthcare, and Director of Continuous Improvement at GE Plastics. Sheila has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at the Rader School of Business, teaching executives and MBA students about innovation and operational excellence. Sheila holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
