Marla Eby

Marla Eby is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over three decades in diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations at Goodwill Southern California since 2013, Marla oversees marketing, public relations, and community engagement for a large non-profit organization. Prior experience includes leading the communications department at United Teachers Los Angeles, where Marla managed public relations and member communications for a significant teacher's union, as well as holding key marketing roles at California Cryobank and Veterinary Centers of America. Marla's career began in retail management at Macy's and expanded into marketing and business development in healthcare, showcasing a strong background in strategic planning and program development. Marla holds an MBA in marketing from Pepperdine University and a BA in psychology and management from Scripps College.
