Jennifer Mauro, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Employment & Training at Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, a position held since January 2012. In this role, Jennifer oversees all aspects of the Employment and Training Division, which encompasses Human Resources, Mission Services, and various training programs. Jennifer also has extensive experience in career services, having worked as the One Stop Manager at the Ocean County One Stop Career Center and as the NJ State One Stop Administrator for the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development. Jennifer's foundational experience includes serving as the Director at the Camden County Resource Center, where collaboration with local organizations was key to supporting economically challenged populations. Jennifer holds an MBA from Rutgers University - Camden and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Additionally, Jennifer is actively involved as the Director of Operations for NYC Shiba Rescue on a volunteer basis.
