Tim Reeser

Tim Reeser, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, a position held since June 2019, after advancing through roles including Human Resources Manager and Assistant Human Resources Manager since 2014. With a robust background in human resources, Tim has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, training, and staff development, notably increasing student employment and retention rates through leadership in the CUNY 311 Project. Previous experience includes roles with Henkels & McCoy, and the Research Foundation of CUNY, alongside a foundation in training and employment counseling at Catholic Charities and AmeriCorps*VISTA. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from McGill University.
