Jessica Schamberger

Jessica Schamberger has extensive experience in operations, business development, and outreach. Jessica began their career as an Outreach Specialist at Healthy Linn Care Network, where they focused on increasing enrollment in the State Children's Health Insurance Program. In 2002, they joined Goodwill of the Heartland as a Business Development Manager, promoting Goodwill's mission and Contract Services to businesses in Southeast Iowa. Jessica later became the Director of Business Services, establishing relationships with area businesses and developing continuous improvement processes. Finally, Jessica served as the Vice President of Operations at Goodwill, providing leadership and strategic direction to the organization's Contract Services operations and overseeing the production, salvage, transportation, and storage of donations.

Jessica Schamberger earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Public Relations from Mount Mercy University. Jessica attended the university from 1999 to 2002.
