Kayla Dusenberry

Kayla Dusenberry is an experienced professional with a strong background in coaching, career services, and community partnerships. Currently serving as a Success Coach at Goodwill of the Heartland since April 2018, Kayla specializes in participant retention, motivational interviewing, and the development of individual service plans. Previous roles include Career Services Advisor and Project SEARCH Skills Trainer, where Kayla developed job search strategies and assisted with job placements. Additional experience includes positions as an Employment Specialist at The Arc of Southeast Iowa and as a Domestic Violence Advocate Intern at Family Resources. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Muscatine Community College.
