Lawrence Smith

Lawrence Smith is an experienced logistics manager currently employed at Goodwill of the Heartland since May 2021. In addition to this role, Lawrence has provided security services for VenuWorks at various venues in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, since June 2013. Previously, Lawrence held the position of process coordinator at Color Web Printers from November 2006 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing daily advertising and communicating data to executives. Lawrence also served as an operations scheduler at EDS Group from October 2001 to November 2006, supervising and training employees on ISO standards. Earlier in the career, Lawrence worked as a team leader at MCI Telecommunications Corporation from 1995 to 2001, focusing on equipment maintenance and production reporting. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, earned between 1986 and 1990.
