Lynessa Schofield

Lynessa Schofield has an extensive background in workforce development and support services, currently serving as the WFS Program Manager for North Idaho at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest since May 2016. Previous roles within Goodwill include Program Assistant Manager, Case Manager Lead, and Employment Specialist. Before joining Goodwill, Lynessa worked at Catholic Charities as a Life Skills Specialist from December 2014 to March 2016, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals through effective program management and support.
