Mindy Boyd

Mindy Boyd is the Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys. Prior to their current position, they were the Office Manager at Gyn-Inf Clinic of Radford, P.C. from January 1994 to December 2004. In this role, they supervised all staff in medical office, insurance billing, all AR and AP, medical assisting, medical records maintenance, computer billing system, maintain updated billing codes, transcription, payroll, business account reconciliations.

Mindy has a long history of experience in managing offices and staff. Mindy is an excellent leader and communicator, which has helped their in their current role at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys. Under their leadership, the organization has been able to achieve its mission of helping people in the community to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

Mindy Boyd graduated from Radford University with a degree in business administration. Mindy then went on to get their certification from Goodwill Industries International in senior leadership. After working in corporate America for several years, Mindy decided to go back to school to get their certification in diversity, equity and inclusion from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
