Celia Armstrong

Celia Armstrong has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Celia currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Goodwill Industries of Tulsa, where they are responsible for overseeing the financial, human resources, compliance, safety, and risk management operations of the agency. Additionally, they serve as the Corporate Compliance and EEO Officer.

Prior to their current role, Celia worked at TTCU Federal Credit Union in various positions, including SVP/Chief Human Resources and Learning Officer, Senior Vice President Human Resources and Learning, Vice President Human Resources and Learning, and Director of Human Resources. In 2021, Celia completed a certificate program in Human Resources - Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certification at Cornell University. Additionally, they received a Certificate of Completion in School Business Administration from the Oklahoma Center for School Business Management, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
