Kelsey Davis has a diverse professional background with experience in retail and program development. At Goodwill Industries of Tulsa since July 2018, Kelsey has served as a Success Coach, leading the conceptualization and development of the "Grow with Goodwill" program, aimed at empowering employees towards self-sufficiency and career advancement, alongside conducting needs assessments and market research. Prior to this, Kelsey held positions at Homeland Grocer, including Pricing Coordinator from January 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included executing price changes and ensuring compliance with standards, and as a Retail Associate from July 2011 to March 2013, focusing on customer service and maintaining a well-organized workspace.
