Melody Marrs

Melody Marrs has extensive work experience in the field of community and fund development. Melody started their career with Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, Inc. in 2011, where they initially served as a Fund Development Manager until July 2016. Melody then transitioned into the role of Director of Community & Fund Development, which they held until the present date.

In 2005, Marrs worked as the Director of Development at the Hillsborough Education Foundation, Inc. before being promoted to the position of VP Development in October 2008. As the Chief Development Officer, they were responsible for managing the organization's development activities, strategic planning, board development, and supervising a team of 8 development and marketing department members. Melody remained in this role until September 2011.
