Mary Koval

Mary Koval serves as the Career Development Program Manager and Learning Specialist at Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia since August 2022, focusing on designing and delivering job readiness and career development training. With a consulting firm, Koval Consulting, established in August 2013, Mary develops and implements diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops for emergency management personnel.
