Richard Coughlan

Richard Coughlan is the current Secretary at Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia. Richard has also been a Board Member and Chairman of the Governance Committee at the InnerWill Leadership Institute from January 2014 to December 2018. Richard was also a Board Member and President of ACG-Richmond from January 2013 to December 2019. Prior to these roles, Richard was a Sales Manager at Pebble Beach Company from January 1990 to December 1993 and Hyatt Hotels from January 1989 to December 1990.

Richard Coughlan holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Ph.D. in Management (Decision Making) from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management. Richard also has an MBA from Oakland Mills.
