Terri Cardella is an experienced retail and workforce development professional with a diverse background spanning several roles in prominent organizations. Currently serving as Co Store Manager at Lowes Foods since June 2014, Terri has also been with Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids as the WorkALLIANCE Program Coordinator, where responsibilities include business relationship building and employment coordination within a nine-county area. Earlier experience includes a role as Corporate Employment Specialist at Meijer, focusing on consistent hiring practices, and Store Director, managing significant annual sales, a large team, and customer engagement.
