Michelle Zajac

Michelle Zajac is the Director of Human Resources at Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Michelle has over eight years of experience in various customer service and administrative roles. Prior to their current position, they were a Title Department Associate at cfacts, where they were responsible for phone correspondence, vendor relationship maintenance, mortgage document preparation and proofreading, mail preparation and delivery, preparing and typing property reports, data organization, and Excel spreadsheet preparation. Before that, they worked as a Decorator at Pastries A'La Carte, where they were responsible for producing and decorating desserts for the storefront and orders, handling all incoming phone calls and inquiries, scheduling custom dessert appointments, organizing and keeping cookie department production flow, creation of department practices and effective time management, and handling transactions in-store. Michelle also has experience as a Graphics Proofreader / Typesetter from their time at Matthews International.
