James Martin is a seasoned Village Manager currently leading Goodwin Ainslie Retirement Village, which comprises 153 Independent Living Units, since July 2021. With extensive experience in hospitality and management, James previously served as Village Manager at Lendlease Retirement Living and as Executive Manager for Hospitality Services at YMCA of Canberra, where responsibilities included strategic planning and operational management. James's career spans various leadership roles in both the accommodation and hospitality sectors, including General Manager positions at Campus Living Villages, Rydges Hotels & Resorts, and Rockford Hotels, as well as ownership of HOLU Pty Ltd.
