Michael Forgione

Michael Forgione is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, management, and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Coach at Goodwin Recruiting since March 2018, Michael specializes in direct placement for operations, finance, and executive-level roles across the United States. Prior to this position, Michael was the Interim General Manager at Old Guard Society Of Palm Beach, where responsibilities included planning new construction, hiring staff, and maintaining the property’s accounting and standards. As the Director of Food and Beverage at The Club at Ibis, Michael managed multiple outlets and achieved recognition as "Manager of the Quarter" six times. Earlier roles included Sales Consultant at Southern Wine & Spirits and Manager at Soba Caviar and Sushi Lounge, where sales increased significantly under Michael's leadership. Michael holds a B.A. in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Lynn University and has advanced certifications in wine and spirits.
