Phil Arena has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter for the Hospitality Division at Goodwin Recruiting since September 2008. Prior to this role, Phil was the Vice President and General Manager at Newton Hospitality Inc from January 2001 to September 2008. Additional experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Catering Operations at Sodexho Marriott Services and Creative Gourmet Catering (1998-2000), Director of Food & Beverage at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts (1996-1997), Director of Restaurants at Omni Parker House (1992-1995), and Assistant Restaurant Manager/Assistant Banquet Manager at The Colonnade Hotel (1991-1992). Phil Arena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester, earned between 1986 and 1990.
