Gemma Cowan

Gemma Cowan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Gemma began their career at Shire Hotels in 2007 as an Assistant Conference & Events Sales Manager, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined Randstad CPE as a Facilities Co-ordinator for a period of seven months. In 2013, they joined The Goodwood Group, initially working as a Sales Executive until 2015. Gemma then held the role of Account Executive from 2015 to 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an Account Manager, progressing to the position of Senior Partnerships Manager from November 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Partnership Management at The Goodwood Group.

Gemma Cowan attended Bournemouth University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Tourism Management.
