In 2004, they began their career as a Principal Contemporary Dancer and Workshop Coordinator at the University of Chichester. Here, they coordinated dance and educational workshops while also serving as an ambassador for the university.
Jen then moved on to work as an Entertainment Specialist at Bourne Leisure Ltd from 2004 to 2008.
In 2007, Jen joined the MAP Dance Company at the University of Chichester, where they toured as a contemporary dancer across Europe and continued coordinating dance and educational workshops. Jen held this role until 2009.

In 2023, they became the Health and Wellbeing Manager, and eventually progressed to the position of Head of Health and Wellbeing, a role they continue to hold.

Jen Evans-Brewer MIH has a diverse education history. Jen started their education journey in 2004 at the University of Chichester, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Dance and Digital Media, focusing on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. In 2007, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Dance.

Additionally, in 2022, they completed Level 3 Mental Health First Aid training at St. John's Ambulance, broadening their knowledge in mental health support.
