Tracey joined Goodwood in 2008 as Group Sales and Marketing Director; her strategy drove double-digit growth in revenues and led to her becoming CCO in 2016. Tracey has had a long career in the luxury hospitality space and has a deep understanding of the luxury world. She has managed and developed hotels and venues, moving into commercial roles that have enabled her to build brands and maximise their return. Her creative content propositions, including a digital strategy that has attracted global brands, have grown revenues and profits across events. Tracey has led the development of the Estate’s sustainability vision, driving the 10-year strategy to reduce Goodwood’s carbon footprint.
