Tom Zampini

Tom Zampini has had a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Founder & CEO of GoodWork.xyz. At GoodWork, they are leading the way in revolutionizing how growth companies engage in creative work by assembling flexible creative teams from their creative community and incorporating AI.

Prior to GoodWork, Tom served as the Chief Product Officer at Convene, where they played a pivotal role in building out both the Product and Technology functions. During their tenure, Convene shifted its business model to become a product-led company and created a tech-enabled work/hospitality platform from scratch.

Before joining Convene, Tom was the Founder & CEO of Beco.io, where they successfully led the company from its inception in 2014 until its acquisition in 2018.

Tom's entrepreneurial journey began at i2Systems, where they were the Founder & President. Tom played a crucial role in establishing the company and served as its President from 2008 to 2014.

Tom Zampini pursued their education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science.
