Ashley McKeithan

As the Vice President of Human Resources, Ashley is focused on helping people achieve their full potential. Her team is responsible for finding, keeping and developing the people that make everything else possible. She also assists leadership with performance management, facilitates the training programs, and helps develop corporate policies, among other HR-related initiatives.

Ashley earned her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2013. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in communication and information studies and later earned her MBA from the University of South Alabama.

An active member of the community, Ashley is a Leadership Mobile Class of 2020 graduate, current nominating director for the Mobile Junior League, Chamber Chase volunteer, Penelope House Advisory Board member and member of the Children’s Leadership Team at Spanish Fort United Methodist Church.
