Alina Maria Cujba is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in full cycle recruitment across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since November 2019, Alina previously worked at NN as a Junior Recruiter, managing recruitment processes for various roles, and as a Human Resources Intern, providing support for recruitment and HR procedures. Alina's career began at Orange Romania, where roles included providing back-office support for the e-Shop and telesales activities. Alina holds a CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. Additionally, Alina has a background in psychology, having earned a psychology degree from Petre Andrei University of Iaşi.
