Allan Asuncion

Allan Asuncion possesses a robust background in training, development, and sales leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Sales Capability and Training Lead for ASEANZ at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since October 2024, Allan previously held roles such as Associate Director for Learning and Development at Organon and Chief Training Officer at COMPASS Training and Development Services. With extensive experience at Abbott, including positions as Center of Excellence Head for Training and Senior Training Manager, Allan successfully led training initiatives that impacted multiple affiliates and greatly contributed to commercial development programs. Allan also has a history in academia as a university professor and has worked in health and nutrition roles, further supported by advanced degrees in business administration and public health.
