Anna Gancarz-Lubon is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic internal and external communications across multiple regions. Currently serving as Director of Business Communications EMEA at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Anna has successfully enhanced communication strategies, driven employee engagement, and led communications for operations affecting 16,000 employees.
