Bethann Zaveson, MBA, PMP, serves as the Program Director for the Global PMO at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since June 2022. With extensive experience in portfolio management and project leadership, Bethann previously held the position of Assistant Vice President IT and Director of IT Portfolio Management at AmTrust Financial Services, where accomplishments included the design and implementation of an Enterprise Agile Portfolio Management process. Prior to that, Bethann held various roles including Sr. Portfolio Project Manager at Forest City and Sr. Project Manager at Moen Incorporated. Bethann’s earlier experience at Goodyear included leading global project management initiatives, achieving significant portfolio delivery results across multiple regions. Bethann holds an MBA in International Business Management from Baldwin Wallace University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, complemented by an executive program in New Product Innovation from the University of Chicago.
