Hayley Clarke

Hayley Clarke is a seasoned IT executive with extensive experience in Cyber Security and IT Risk management, currently serving as the Director of Global IT Risk & Cyber Security at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since July 2010. In this role, Hayley oversees cyber security as Goodyear's CISO, managing a global team for a Fortune 500 organization. Prior positions at Goodyear include Director Global IT PMO, Global IT Data Privacy Manager, Team Leader for Security Governance, and other leadership roles focused on compliance, auditing, and IT governance. Before joining Goodyear, Hayley worked at EY, leading IT Risk Advisory Services. Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Marketing from Miami University and a Master of Science in Accounting Information Systems from The University of Akron.
