Joni Fitch

Joni Fitch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement and philanthropy. Currently serving as the Director of Community Affairs & Engagement at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since October 2015, Joni oversees the strategic direction and execution of the company's corporate philanthropy and community engagement programs. Previously held roles include Manager of Global Community Engagement and Communications Specialist in the same organization. Joni's earlier experience includes positions at Akron Children's Hospital, where the management of annual giving programs and special fundraising projects was a focus, and Jo Ann Stores, specializing in special events and product management. Joni holds a BA in Organizational Communications/Public Relations from The University of Akron.
