Laurent Rizzo

Laurent Rizzo is a seasoned engineer currently working at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in the Government Compliance & Product Performance Department since June 2021. Previously, Laurent held various positions at MAHLE from December 2015 to May 2021, including Global Quality Engineer for AC Compressors, where responsibilities encompassed implementing quality improvement plans and managing global quality initiatives. Prior to this, Laurent spent over two decades at Delphi in roles such as Quality Team Leader and Product Team Leader, focusing on thermal products, AC compressors, and HVAC systems, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and product conformity. Laurent's early career included a position as a CAD and FEA Engineer at SOCORI.
